Purple Line Transit Constructors, LLC executed an Addendum to the National Infrastructure Alliance (NIA) Heavy and Highway Construction Project Agreement.  This Project Agreement with the NIA is not binding to Subcontractors, PLTP or PLTO.  All craft positions with PLTC will be hired in accordance with the Project Agreement.
